Our Cancellation Policy

Since we realize that it is easy to forget an appointment made months in advance, all our appointments are confirmed 1 week in advance and again 48 hours in advance. When you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, we miss out on the opportunity to fill that time slot. Cancellation fees will apply and we will require you to provide your credit card information.

Less than 24 hours notice will result in a fee of 50% of the service booked.

A no show will be charged 100% of the service booked. Appointments cancelled at the time of the service will be considered a no show and charged 100% of the service booked.

Appointments made within 24 hours will require at least 4 hours notice or a fee of 50% of the service booked will be charged.

If you arrive late and the stylist cannot complete the entire service you will till be charged 100% of the service booked.

The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our stand by clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each of our established and future clients.
